一般描述
CelLytic™ MEM蛋白提取试剂盒提供了一种分离细胞中疏水性筏状微结构域相关蛋白的快速、方便的方法。该方法基于相分离,不需要分离细胞膜。分离的蛋白质可用于进一步的实验,例如 SDS-PAGE、蛋白质印迹、斑点印迹和免疫沉淀。 该试剂盒已在 HeLa、HEK-293、NIH 3T3、COS 和 CHO 及其它细胞系上进行了测试。
膜蛋白占据了生物体基因组大约20-30%的成分,充当着胞内的看门人、调节器和感应器的角色。它们具有多样的细胞功能,例如将细胞与外部的毒素隔离开来,作为胞内信号级联的起始点,以及维持临界离子浓度。
