应用
兔中产生的抗-山羊 IgG（全分子）−Cy3抗体用于免疫荧光标记。
在兔中产生的抗山羊IgG（全分子）-Cy3抗体已用于福尔马林固定，石蜡包埋的切片的免疫荧光染色和免疫组化，其工作稀释度为1：300。也已用于小鼠胰岛细胞的免疫细胞化学。
生化/生理作用
IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中最丰富的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌，存在于血液和细胞外液中，可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG可通过胎盘转移至胎儿，胎盘对新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。Cy3与抗山羊IgG（全分子）抗体的偶联可通过荧光显微镜观察蛋白质。
