General description
免疫球蛋白（Ig）属于免疫球蛋白超家族。存在有五种不同类型的免疫球蛋白。每种免疫球蛋白包含有两条重链（H）和两条轻链（L），它们通过二硫键被连接在一起。每条轻链包含一个可变的N-端区域和一个恒定C-端区域。重链包含有一个可变的N-端区域以及三个或四个恒定的（CH1-CH4）C-末端区域。IgG是在人血清中丰度较高的免疫球蛋白。
