Mouse IgGs have four distinct isotypes, namely, IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG3. IgG1 regulates complement fixation in mice . Anti-Mouse IgG (whole molecule)-Biotin antibody binds all mouse immunoglobulins.
