Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
IgG4是人血清中含量最低的一种免疫球蛋白。IgG4参与独特的fab臂交换（FAE）过程，并限制免疫复合物的形成。 它具有抗炎作用。IgG4是一种治疗性抗体。它可以防止过敏，防止肥大细胞脱颗粒，对抗恶性黑色素瘤。IgG4或与自身免疫性疾病有关，如1型和2型自身免疫性胰腺炎（AIP）、Mikulitz综合征、Kuttner′s肿瘤、Riedel′s甲状腺炎和肾小管间质性肾炎。
