Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
当Bluo-Gal被β-半乳糖苷酶水解时,所得产物会形成蓝色沉淀。在Bluo-Gal存在的情况下,Lac +菌落的蓝色比X-Gal更深,从而能够区分Lac +和Lac-菌落。
General description
