General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）可调节吞噬作用等免疫反应，并且还参与自身免疫疾病的发展。IgG1可调节小鼠的补体结合、调理素作用和抗体依赖型细胞介导的细胞毒性作用。IgG参与II型和III型超敏反应。
抗小鼠IgG（Fab特异性）的特异性 - 在偶联之前通过免疫电泳（IEP）测定过氧化物酶。通过IEP，观察到正常小鼠血清、小鼠IgG和小鼠IgG的Fab片段出现单个沉淀弧，而小鼠IgG或人IgG的Fc片段无反应。结合所有小鼠IgG。

Prepared by the two-step glutaraldehyde method described by Avrameas, S., et al., Scand.J. Immunol., 8, Suppl. 7, 7 (1978).
