小鼠 IgG 是由其重链定义的血浆 B 细胞来源抗体同种型。IgG 是在小鼠血清中发现的含量最高的抗体同种型。
根据正常小鼠血清、小鼠 IgG（全分子）、小鼠 IgG 的 Fc 片段和小鼠 IgG 的 Fab 片段测定山羊多克隆小鼠 IgG（Fc 特异性）-过氧化物酶抗体，偶联物对小鼠 IgG 具有特异性，且与小鼠 IgG 的 Fab 片段无反应。在 ELISA 中检测时，结合物仅显示与小鼠 IgG（全分子）和小鼠 IgG 的 Fc 片段的反应性。在 ELISA 中，偶联物未与小鼠 IgG、人 IgG、IgA、IgM 或大鼠 IgG 的 Fab 片段反应。

抗小鼠 IgG（Fc 特异性）-过氧化物酶抗体可用于：
- 免疫印迹
- 免疫组织化学
- 酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)
- 琼脂块沉淀滴定法
- 蛋白印迹法
- 体外评估多聚 ADP-核糖聚合酶 (PARP) 活性
用 HRP 标记的羊抗鼠 Fc 特异性 IgG 对 SV40-Tag 免疫小鼠血清进行间接 ELISA。以 1:1000 稀释度在 37℃ 下使用抗体 30 min。
通过使用生物合成PND和链霉亲和素涂层板进行ELISA试验，从而对免疫小鼠血液中一种新的PND抗体的特异性进行检测。HRP缀合的山羊抗小鼠IgG（Fc特异性）可用作二抗。
生化/生理作用
IgG 抗体有助于中和病毒和毒素造成的影响。
IgG 穿过胎盘屏障，是一种补体激活剂，与吞噬细胞上的 Fc 受体结合。IgG 级别可随疾病状态感染状态而变化。
辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP) 是一种可催化显色底物转化的酶，如邻苯二胺 (OPD)、4-氯-1-萘酚3,3'、5,5'-四甲基联苯胺 (TMB)、3,3'-二氨基联苯胺 (DAB) 或 2,2'-连氮-双（3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸）(ABTS)；化学发光底物如CPS-3（增强的腔）和荧光底物如 Ampliflu™ Red 分别成为可检测的发色团、发光体或荧光剂。
