Biochem/physiol Actions

General description

免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族，是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。免疫球蛋白是由两条重链和两条轻链通过二硫键连接而成的。IgG是一种主要的免疫球蛋白。兔IgG进一步分为IgM、IgG、IgA、IgD和IgE五类。它只有一个含重链间二硫键的IgG变形体。
靶蛋白的兔IgG通常在多种研究应用中用作一抗。因此，与可检测底物缀合的抗兔IgG二抗是靶蛋白分析的有用工具。
