一般描述
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）占血浆蛋白的10−20％，它是最主要的血清蛋白之一。它包含四个亚类：IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4。IgG结构有四条多肽链，包括两条相同的γ重链（H）和两条相同的κ或λ轻链（L），分别为50 kDa和25 kDa。

应用
兔抗牛IgG（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体可用于免疫印迹和ELISA应用。此抗体也可用于斑点印迹(1:80,000)和免疫组化(1:1,000)分析。
兔源抗牛IgG（全分子）过氧物酶抗体可用于：
- 斑点酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)
- 免疫印迹
- 免疫组织学
生化/生理作用
牛IgG是调节牛群免疫反应的糖蛋白抗体。接种天然H7鞭毛蛋白后，这种抗体可抑制TLR5活化。牛IgG水平可用于检测约内氏病（Johne′s disease ）和牛奶掺假。
外形
溶于0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲盐水，pH 7.4，含有0.05% MIT
制备说明
用两步戊二醛法制备（Avrameas, S. 等人，Scand. J. Immunol.，8，Suppl. 7，7 (1978)）。
