General description
IgM 是一种调节体液免疫反应的糖蛋白抗体。小鼠 IgM 参与调节 B 细胞记忆。该抗体同种型还涉及与小鼠 1 型糖尿病发病机理相关的自身免疫反应的发展。针对纯化的小鼠IgA、IgM和IgG进行测试时，抗小鼠IgG（μ-链特异性）-过氧化物酶抗体对小鼠IgM具有特异性。
