General description

人IgG是糖蛋白抗体，含有两条相等的轻链和一对相同的重链。 IgG具有四种不同亚型，范围从IgG1到IgG4。这些抗体可调节机体对过敏和病原性感染的免疫反应。IgG还与补体结合和自身免疫疾病有关。
