  • PUL(PLAP、Ufd3p和Lub1p)结构域的表达和纯化

消泡剂204是一种100%活性成分,是一种在多元醇分散体中无硅有机消泡剂的混合物。

制备说明

对于在微生物培养基中的使用,Sigma建议起始浓度为0.005%至0.01%。
各种应用所需的最佳消泡剂用量需经过确定。消泡剂204在低于15℃的温度下可溶于甲醇、乙醇、甲苯、二甲苯、全氯乙烯和冷水中。它不溶于温水和乙二醇。
