Biochem/physiol Actions

纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂1(PAI-1)蛋白属于丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的Serpin超家族。它是组织纤溶酶原激活物(tPA)和尿激酶(uPA)的主要抑制剂,并也是纤溶酶原的激活剂,因此可抑制纤维蛋白溶解过程。 PAI可参与到细胞外基质的重塑,并涉及血管生成、趋化性、排卵和胚胎生成等过程。 PAI-1在各种疾病状态中的水平都有所上升,如多种癌症形式、肥胖症和代谢综合征。

General description

纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂1 (PAI-1)或丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂E1 (SERPINE1)基因映射到人类染色体7q22.1。PAI-1在肝细胞、内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞、巨核细胞和脂肪细胞中产生。

1单位可在生理状态下(中性pH和37 ºC)不可逆的抑制(100%抑制)1单位的组织纤溶酶原激活物(tPA)。

Physical form

以含有0.5 M氯化钠、20 mM 乙酸钠和50 mg/mL 海藻糖的一种溶液冻干粉形式提供。

Preparation Note

用超纯水重悬成0.25 mg/ml。在0.5 M氯化钠、20 mM 乙酸钠和50 mg/mL 海藻糖中,含重悬产物0.25 mgP/mL。
