一般描述

消泡剂C乳液是含有30%活性硅的水性乳液。这种基于硅胶的消泡剂乳液含有不同于消泡剂乳液B和Y-30的非离子乳化剂。消泡剂C可以用3-10份冷水预稀释以帮助分散。预稀释后的悬浮液应立即使用。消泡剂C乳液通常在1-10 ppm时有效。消泡剂C乳液良好的流动性使得它可以根据需要泵入发酵罐,同时充分搅拌以分散消泡剂。消泡剂C乳液可用于控制哺乳动物细胞培养生物反应器顶部空间的起泡,最高使用浓度30 ppm。
