一般描述
免疫球蛋白是由两条重链和两条轻链通过二硫键连接而成的。它主要用于帮助免疫防御。它是一种糖蛋白。IgG是一种主要的免疫球蛋白。马IgG有不同的亚类,分别为IgG2a、IgG2b、IgG2c、IgG1和IgG(T)。与其他IgG分子相比,IgG(T)的碳水化合物含量更高。在健康的人中,总IgG平均分布在循环血浆和组织液之中。
