应用
4-氨基苯甲磺酰氟盐酸盐已用作：

生化/生理作用
4-氨基苯甲磺酰氟盐酸盐（p-APMSF）能抑制镰孢菌产生的胰蛋白酶样蛋白酶。它还能够阻断牛Xa因子、人纤溶酶和人补体蛋白酶C1r和C1s。
具有赖氨酸或精氨酸底物特异性的丝氨酸蛋白酶的不可逆抑制剂。有效浓度是10-100 μM。常用于表征新发现的蛋白酶。
