一般描述

IgG是糖蛋白抗体，可调控几种免疫应答。靶蛋白的兔IgG通常在多种研究应用中用作一抗。因此，与可检测底物缀合的抗兔IgG二抗是靶蛋白分析的有用工具。山羊抗兔IgG（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体在缀合前通过与正常血清和兔IgG免疫电泳对兔IgG产生免疫特异性。

应用

使用HRP标记的山羊抗兔IgG作为二抗，通过蛋白印迹分析C33A细胞裂解物。 对来自结肠粘膜提取物(μg)的蛋白等分试样进行蛋白印迹分析：使用HRP标记的山羊抗兔IgG作为二抗，用TBST以1:5000稀释，室温孵育1小时。
山羊抗兔IgG（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体用于蛋白印迹（1:6,000）和ELISA检测。
用 HRP 标记的羊抗兔 IgG 作为二抗，对 C33A 细胞裂解物进行免疫共沉淀和免疫印迹分析。

外形

0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲液（pH 7.4，含有1％牛血清白蛋白和防腐剂）溶液。

制备说明

使用Wilson, M.B.和Nakane, P.K.在Immunofluorescence and Related Staining Techniques, Elsevier/North Holland Biomedical Press, Amsterdam, p215 (1978)中描述的高碘酸盐法制备。
