生化/生理作用

丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂;抑制胰蛋白酶、胰凝乳蛋白酶和胰腺和粒细胞弹性蛋白酶、以及顶体酶。有效浓度与蛋白酶等摩尔。遗传性 α1-抗胰蛋白酶缺乏的影响和某些自身免疫状态是由体内不受控制的蛋白水解引起的。Direct α1-抗胰蛋白酶替代疗法在1型糖尿病的动物模型中具有应用前景。
≤10 mg可抑制1.0 mg 蛋白活性10,000 BAEE/mg的胰蛋白酶。≤10 mg可抑制约1.0 mg 40-50 BTEE/mg的糜蛋白酶。

注意

含有0.01%NaN3的水溶液可稳定几个月。溶液可在−80 °C下储存,但不应重新冷冻。其在pH 5.5以下不稳定。其可由一些非丝氨酸蛋白酶,以及氧化活性位点的甲硫氨酸残基进行灭活。
