一般描述
IgG抗体是在血液和细胞外液中发现的最小的抗体亚型。这些抗体能够对抗细菌和病毒感染。它们还调节胎盘运输、细胞表面受体结合和补体活化等多种功能。抗-小鼠IgG（全分子）过氧化物酶抗体可应用于酶联免疫吸附分析（ELISA）（稀释 1：200于PBST中）。它还可用于蛋白印迹分析。山羊抗-小鼠 IgG-辣根过氧化物酶抗体与IgA,IgG1，IgG2a，IgG2b，IgG3和IgM骨髓瘤蛋白质特异性反应。

纯化的小鼠免疫球蛋白G。
应用
以HRP标记的山羊抗小鼠IgG为二抗，在BSA/PBS中稀释1:3000，采用蛋白印迹法检测外膜蛋白的IgG抗体。
抗-小鼠免疫球蛋白G（全分子）过氧化物酶抗体（1: 300稀释）可用作免疫组化中的二抗。它还可用于欧氏双扩散和免疫电泳。

0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲液，pH 7.4，含有1％牛血清白蛋白及防腐剂。
制备说明
