Application
L-天冬酰胺被用于细胞培养基，是MEM非必需氨基酸溶液的组分。已有研究显示L-天冬酰胺能够增强培养的人结肠腺癌Caco-2细胞和IEC-6肠上皮细胞的鸟氨酸脱羧酶活性。在L-天冬酰胺存在下， 枯草芽孢杆菌 的孢子萌发增加。
