应用
使用HRP标记的山羊抗小鼠Fab特异性抗体作为检测抗体，通过ELISA方法对脑脓肿匀浆液的小鼠IgG水平进行定量。
山羊抗小鼠IgG（Fab特异性）-过氧化物酶抗体适用于以1:200稀释用于人扁桃体组织的免疫组织化学应用。该抗体还可以1:80,000-1:160,000的稀释度用于HeLa细胞的总细胞提取物的western blot分析。
抗小鼠IgG（Fab特异性）-过氧化物酶抗体已用于western blotting。
