一般描述

应用
使用过氧化物酶偶联的抗小鼠多价免疫球蛋白抗体作为二抗，通过ELISA检测弓形虫感染小鼠血清中的抗体。 使用过氧化物酶偶联的山羊抗小鼠多价抗体（按1:10,000稀释于PBST中）并在21-23°C下孵育1小时，通过抑制ELISA法测定特定单克隆抗体的相对结合亲和力。
