一般描述
免疫球蛋白是B细胞在应对抗原时产生的蛋白质，用于调节对细菌和病毒的免疫应答。IgG还可用于调节补体结合和胎盘传输。IgA在黏膜免疫中起着至关重要的作用，因为其限制了病原体进入黏膜。IgM是最大的抗体，具有五聚体结构，可调节多重亲和性并清除凋亡细胞。山羊抗小鼠多价免疫球蛋白（G，A，M）-过氧化物酶抗体与小鼠IgG、IgA和IgM结合。
应用
使用过氧化物酶偶联的抗小鼠多价免疫球蛋白抗体作为二抗，通过ELISA检测弓形虫感染小鼠血清中的抗体。 使用过氧化物酶偶联的山羊抗小鼠多价抗体（按1:10,000稀释于PBST中）并在21-23°C下孵育1小时，通过抑制ELISA法测定特定单克隆抗体的相对结合亲和力。

制备说明
