Atto 680可作为染料用于研究生物分析相关红色染料的荧光量子产率。
Atto荧光标记专门用于单分子检测等高灵敏度应用。Atto标记的结构具有刚性,构型不会产生任何顺反异构变化。因此这种标记偶联后的强度表现卓越,光谱转变却又极低。
Atto680在水中的摩尔消光系数为120,000,量子产率 (QY) 为30%(乙醇中为40%)。衰减时间为1.8ns。
