General description
氧钒核糖核苷复合物溶液是核糖核酸酶（RNase）的抑制剂。在组织、基因组、RNA 和蛋白质样品中使用氧钒核糖核苷复合物可防止 RNase 降解 RNA。
氧钒核糖核苷复合物是核糖核酸酶的低分子量抑制剂。
Application
氧钒核糖核苷复合物溶液可用于：
- 作为多核糖体裂解缓冲液和荧光原位杂交（FISH）缓冲液的成分
- 作为 RNase 抑制剂，从小鼠睾丸中分离出内源性 YTH 结构域家族蛋白 2（YTHDC2）
氧钒核糖核苷复合物（VDR）是过渡态类似物，可与许多 RNase 的活性位点结合，从而抑制其活性。由于 RNase 不会被该复合物共价修饰，因此必须在 RNA 提取和纯化的每个阶段使用 VDR。但是，VDR 还抑制 RNA 聚合酶和体外翻译，因此必须从 RNA 的最终制剂中去除 VDR。
