Application
钒基核糖核苷复合物已被用于杂交混合物用于RNA原位杂交。
钒基核糖核苷复合物（VDR）是一类过渡态类似物，可与多种RNase的活性位点结合而抑制其活性。由于RNase不会被复合物进行共价修饰，因此VDR必须被用于RNA提取和纯化的每个阶段。然而，VDR还可抑制RNA聚合酶和体外翻译，因此必须将其从最终RNA制备产物中去除。
Biochem/physiol Actions
