Biochem/physiol Actions
以 (S)-α-甲基苄胺 (MBA) 为胺供体采用丙酮酸转氨酶生物催化剂可以将5′-磷酸吡哆醛转化为5′-磷酸吡哆胺。以黄素单核苷酸（FMN）为直接电子受体，氧为最终电子受体，通过大肠杆菌5′-磷酸吡哆醇（吡哆胺）氧化酶可以将5′-磷酸吡哆醇和5′-磷酸吡哆胺氧化成5′-磷酸吡哆醛（PLP）。
