General description
IgG 是人血清中含量最多的抗体。它由B细胞分泌，存在于血液中。它包含 4 个多肽链，由 2 条相同的 50 kDa γ 重（H）链和 2 条相同的 25 kDa κ或 λ 轻（L）链组成，两者通过链间二硫键连接。IgG以IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4四种亚型存在。
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）是一种糖蛋白抗体，其可调节免疫反应，如吞噬作用，也可参与自身免疫疾病的发展。抗-小鼠IgG（全分子）-Atto 488抗体对小鼠IgG具有特异性。该产品纯化自山羊抗小鼠IgG抗血清，以去除所有山羊血清蛋白，包括不与小鼠IgG特异性结合的免疫球蛋白。该抗体制剂采用固相吸附人血清蛋白，以最大限度避免交叉反应性。
