Atto荧光标记专门用于单分子检测等高灵敏度应用。 Atto标记的结构具有刚性,构型不会产生任何顺反异构变化。 因此这种标记偶联后的强度表现卓越,光谱转变却又极低。Atto 647N 山羊抗兔 IgG 已作为二抗(浓度为 5μg/ml),用于2% 甲醛固定细胞的免疫荧光。
