一般描述

丽春红S是重氮染料的钠盐。[1]丽春红S溶液是一种适用于电泳研究的试剂。丽春红S色剂是现成的，专为快速(5分钟)染色硝化纤维或PVDF膜(蛋白质印记分析)上的蛋白条带，也染色醋酸纤维素膜上的蛋白质。它可作为纯化的纤溶酶(CK)的染色剂，利用蛋白测序仪对CK前14个残基的N-端氨基酸序列进行分析。硝化纤维和PVDF上的丽春红染色是可逆的，可通过0.1M NaOH冲洗染色膜1分钟脱色。染色和脱色后的膜可用于免疫检测（蛋白印迹分析）。[1]所提供的产品信息表中包括醋酸纤维素、硝基纤维素和PVDF的染色程序。
