亮蓝R浓缩液已用于非变性梯度凝胶电泳、等电聚焦和SDS-PAGE（十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳）后的蛋白条带检测。

重悬

用去离子水稀释至最终体积为1升后，溶液中将含有0.25% (w/v)亮蓝R、40% (v/v) 甲醇和7% (v/v)乙酸。
