Application
Luria 培养基用于培养和维持大肠杆菌重组菌株，供进行基因和分子研究。
Preparation Note
将25 g悬浮于1000 ml的纯化水中。加热并频繁搅拌，煮沸一分钟。121°C灭菌15分钟。根据需要分配。
- 制备好的培养基在8°C以下保存，避免直射光照。
- 脱水粉末置于密封容器中，在2-25°C下干燥处保存。
