一般描述

ProClin 防腐剂是一种的水溶性杀菌制剂,通常用于延长试剂的保质期。ProClin 300 由 3% 的 5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(CMIT) 和 2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮 (MIT) 组成,溶于含有烷基羧酸盐的无盐专有乙二醇稳定剂中。推荐工作 pH 范围为 2.5 - 8.5。

应用

ProClin 300 适用于制备不同的缓冲液,如 ELISA 缓冲液、样品和底物稀释缓冲液,用于单分子阵列(Simoa 分析)和免疫酶分析。此外,ProClin 可用于制备储存缓冲液,以储存与冠状病毒核衣壳蛋白偶联的珠子,并用于血清学多重检测。

生化/生理作用
