生化/生理作用
Brij® L4 具有两亲性。Brij L4 含有疏水和亲水区域,可以形成胶束并使疏水药物分散进入胶束核中。这相应地改善了药物的溶解性。Brij L4也对乳腺癌耐药蛋白(BCRP)介导的药物外排有强烈的抑制作用。与其它常用表面活性剂相比,它对Taq吸附的抑制作用更强。Brij L4 有助于在标准Taq浓度下进行皮升反应体积的液滴聚合酶链式反应(PCR)。
