Biochem/physiol Actions

羧苄西林(Carbenicillin)是一种氨苄西林类似物,具有苄基青霉素结构。羧苄西林可有效抑制革兰氏阴性菌,对革兰氏阳性菌也有一定的抑制作用。羧苄西林结合并抑制参与细菌细胞壁合成的酶。由于羧苄西林对β-内酰胺酶的敏感性弱于氨苄西林,它可有效抑制氨苄西林抗性细菌。在低pH条件下具有优越的稳定性,可发挥筛选功能。 羧苄西林的有效浓度:50-100 μg/ml。
