一般描述
牛胰腺脱氧核糖核酸酶I（DNase I）是DNA小沟相互作用的核酸酶，特异性相对较低。该蛋白质由两个中心β 折叠构成，而每个折叠由六个β-链所组成。该结构被大量的环以及α-螺旋区域包围。该酶与核酸外切酶III具有结构相似性。DNase I是研究得最透彻的哺乳动物来源的内切酶之一。它是一种双链特异性内切核酸酶，需要二价阳离子激发最大活性。
应用
