General description
Milliflex®培养皿为可直接使用琼脂培养基，可与Milliflex®或Milliflex Oasis®系统配合使用，可方便、快速、可靠地进行生物负荷检测。预充琼脂培养皿有助于简化微生物污染检测工作流程，并提供质量保证，避免外源性污染风险。每个平板为3件式组件，包含约10 mL培养基。KF链球菌琼脂设计用于回收各种类型水中存在的 肠球菌 (粪链球菌)。麦芽糖和乳糖是能源，叠氮化钠是选择剂。产酸时溴甲酚紫（指示剂染料）变为黄色，TTC是氧化还原反应指示剂，由于四唑还原为酸性偶氮染料，导致链球菌菌落呈深红色。
