抗体分子通常包含与一对重链共价结合的两条免疫球蛋白轻链。免疫球蛋白轻链有两种类型，用希腊字母κ和λ表示。κ和γ轻链的长度约为250个氨基酸，平均质量约为25 kDa。在免疫球蛋白群体中发现的κ与λ的比例因物种而异。
特异性
与牛、山羊、亚美尼亚仓鼠、马、人、小鼠、大鼠和绵羊的交叉反应极小。
该抗体与天然一抗（主要与κ轻链）发生强烈反应。不适用于检测λ轻链。该抗体不与兔IgG的重链反应。该抗体已通过ELISA检测并吸附，以确保与牛、山羊、亚美尼亚仓鼠、马、人、小鼠、大鼠和绵羊免疫球蛋白的最小交叉反应。

储存及稳定性
