General description

Biochem/physiol Actions

人核单克隆抗体与人细胞特异性反应。 在免疫组化中，它对小鼠、大鼠、鸡没有反应性。 尚未测试其他哺乳动物或动物物种的反应性。
染色所有人类细胞类型的细胞核，使细胞核呈弥漫性染色。 中期细胞的染色体染色呈阴性。还可以染色灵长类动物的细胞核（Sanchez-Pernaute, 2005）。抗体不与小鼠或大鼠的细胞核反应。
