General description
产品来源：表达全长Wnt3a的小鼠L细胞。
重组鼠Wnt-3a是含有328个氨基酸残基的单体糖蛋白。当在非还原条件下通过SDS-PAGE分析时，鼠Wnt-3a以约38.0-41.0 kDa的表观分子量迁移。
Wnt-3a信号传导与干细胞分化的控制有关。Wnt蛋白与低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白家族（LRP-5或-6）或Ryk非典型受体酪氨酸激酶的共受体结合，与卷曲蛋白家族的受体结合。已经显示Wnt蛋白在胚胎发生过程中调节细胞间各种相互作用，更具体地调节中胚层分化和成骨。Wnt蛋白也已显示在成年干细胞的调节中具有假定的作用。

Preparation Note
自接收之日起，冻干物料在-20°C下可保存6个月。用无菌水再混悬至浓度为100µg/mL。复溶的Wnt3a应以一次性等分试样保存于-80°C中，可保存长达3个月。应避免反复冻/融循环。在运输过程中，偶尔会分散一定量的产品。’建议在复溶之前将小瓶轻轻地粘在坚硬的表面上。
