General description

免疫球蛋白 G（IgG）是人血清中最丰富的蛋白质之一，成人血液中的正常水平在 8-17 mg/mL 之间。IgG 对我们抵抗微生物很重要，而 B 淋巴细胞产生的分子是我们适应性免疫应答的一部分。IgG 分子具有两个独立的功能；与引起反应的病原体结合，以及募集其他细胞和分子来破坏抗原。IgG 池的变异性是通过体细胞重组产生的，在给定时间点个体的特异性数量估计为 1011 个变异体。
该试剂是来源于山羊的亲和纯化抗体。 纯化的抗体与荧光素偶联，在缓冲液中稳定化。

冻干。缓冲液=0.02 M磷酸盐缓冲液，0.25 M NaCl，pH值7.6（含15 mg/mL BSA和0.1%叠氮化钠）。用1 mL无菌蒸馏水复溶。

免疫细胞化学： 1：200-1：500（1-4）

流式细胞术：1 μg/1X 10e6细胞（1，2，4）FITC吸收发射为488-492nm，其发射峰为520nm。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。

Preparation Note

在接收之日起，将冻干产品在产物2–8°C下保存长达12个月。复溶后，产品作为未稀释的液体在2–8°C下稳定数周。要延长复溶后溶液的保存时间，请添加等体积的甘油，使甘油的最终浓度达到 50％，然后以未稀释的等分试样置于 -20°C 下可保存长达 12 个月。请注意，添加甘油后，蛋白质（和缓冲盐）的浓度将降至原浓度的一半。应避免反复冻/融循环。避光保存。
