抗体分子通常包含与一对重链共价结合的两条免疫球蛋白轻链。免疫球蛋白轻链有两种类型,用希腊字母κ和λ表示。κ和γ轻链的长度约为250个氨基酸,平均质量约为25 kDa。在免疫球蛋白群体中发现的κ与λ的比例因物种而异。
特异性
与牛、山羊、马、人、兔、大鼠和绵羊的交叉反应极小。
应用
山羊抗小鼠轻链抗体,HRP偶联物可检测小鼠轻链水平&已发表&经验证可用于ELISA&WB。
