General description
免疫球蛋白 G（IgG）是人血清中最丰富的蛋白质之一，成人血液中的正常水平在 8-17 mg/mL 之间。IgG 对我们抵抗微生物很重要，而 B 淋巴细胞产生的分子是我们适应性免疫反应的一部分。IgG 分子具有两个独立的功能；与引起反应的病原体结合，以及募集其他细胞和分子来破坏抗原。IgG 池的变异性是通过体细胞重组产生的，在给定时间点个体的特异性数量估计为 1011 个变异体。
Physical form
冻干。缓冲液=0.01 M磷酸钠，0.25 M NaCl，pH值7.6和15 mg/ml BSA。不含防腐剂。
Preparation Note
将冻干产品在2-8°C下保存长达12个月。复溶后，产品作为未稀释的液体在2-8°C下稳定数周。要延长复溶后溶液的保存时间，请添加等体积的甘油，使甘油的最终浓度达到 50％，然后以未稀释的等分试样置于 -20°C 下可保存长达 12 个月。请注意，添加甘油后，蛋白质（和缓冲盐）的浓度将降至原浓度的一半。应避免反复冻/融循环。
