一般描述

IgG是最丰富的免疫球蛋白，包含两条重链和两条轻链。每个分子有两个抗原结合位点。IgG有4个亚类：IgG1（66%），IgG2（23%），IgG3（7%）和IgG4（4%）。IgM约占血清免疫球蛋白的10%。IgM（含IgD）是B细胞表面表达的主要免疫球蛋白。单体IgA占血清免疫球蛋白的5-15%，而二聚体IgA位于粘膜表面。

特异性

该抗体与人IgG、IgM和IgA反应。可能也与其他人免疫球蛋白的轻链反应。

免疫原

由纯化人IgG、IgM和IgA制备。

应用

EIA：1：5,000-1：100,000。
蛋白质印迹：1：5,000-1：200,000。
免疫组化：1：500-1：5,000。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
使用经验证可用于ELISA、WB、IH的山羊抗人IgA抗体、IgG&IgM、HRP偶联物检测人IgA。

外形

使用与琼脂糖珠偶联的抗原通过免疫亲和层析纯化。冻干。缓冲液为0.01 M磷酸钠，0.25 M NaCl，pH值7.6和15 mg/ml BSA。不含防腐剂。
免疫亲和纯化

储存及稳定性

在接收之日起，将冻干产品在产物2°-8°C下保存长达12个月。复溶后，产品作为未稀释的液体在2°-8°C下稳定6周。用2 mL蒸馏水复溶小瓶。要延长复溶后溶液的保存时间，请添加等体积的甘油，使甘油的最终浓度达到 50％，然后以未稀释的等分试样置于 -20°C 下可保存长达 12 个月。请注意，添加甘油后，抗体（和缓冲盐）的浓度将降低至原浓度的一半，并且必须相应地调整最终的工作稀释度。应避免反复冻融循环。
