General description
亲和纯化的兔抗山羊IgG,过氧化物酶偶联物。
Physical form
使用与琼脂糖珠偶联的抗原进行免疫亲和层析。
在含有0.01M PBS,pH 7.1和15mg/mL BSA的缓冲液中与辣根过氧化物酶偶联的纯化兔IgG。冻干。
Preparation Note
自装运之日起,冻干产品在2-8°C下可稳定储存长达12个月。
复溶后,产品作为未稀释的液体在2-8°C下稳定数周。要延长复溶后溶液的保存时间,请添加等体积的甘油,使甘油的最终浓度达到 50%,然后以未稀释的等分试样置于 -20°C 下可保存长达 12 个月。请注意,添加甘油后,蛋白质(和缓冲盐)的浓度将降至原浓度的一半。应避免反复冻/融循环。
警告:使用叠氮化钠作为防腐剂将显著抑制HRP的酶活性。
