General description

CPP-32/Apopain(半胱氨酸蛋白酶的ICE/CED-3家族成员)的有效,细胞可渗透且不可逆的抑制剂。
半胱天冬酶-3以及半胱天冬酶-6、半胱天冬酶-7、半胱天冬酶-8和半胱天冬酶-10的有效,细胞可渗透且不可逆的抑制剂。当与纯化的天然或重组酶一起使用时,需要用酯酶进行预处理。
