The IsoBag^® TSA Settle plate plus is a sterile polyurethane DPTE Beta Bag designed for quick and convenient transfer of culture media for air monitoring in isolators or RAB systems

The IsoBag^® Tryptic Soy Agar settle plate is designed for quick and convenient transfer of culture media for air monitoring in isolators or RAB systems. The IsoBag^® consists of a polyurethane DPTE Beta Bag compatible with 190 mm Alpha Ports. The bag contains 10 stacks (single wrapped) of settle plates and sterile Polyethylene zip lock bags to mitigate the risk of a cross contamination during transport of the plates. Tryptic Soy Agar is supplemented with Lecithin, polysorbate (Tween^®) 80 and pyruvate to neutralize residues of disinfectants. In addition, the plate model (plus or “+”) is supplied with a lockable lid for safe transportation. The IsoBag^® is designed to reduce the decontamination cycles in production isolators.
