General description
GranuCult® BAT琼脂含有葡萄糖作为碳和能量来源。酵母提取物是维生素的来源，尤其是维生素B族。磷酸二氢钾作为缓冲液发挥作用。较低的pH值和较高的培养温度可抑制污染菌群的生长。该培养基中含有多种微量无素，满足脂环酸芽孢杆菌琼脂的特殊需求。它是一种固化剂，但由于其pH值较低，因此其凝胶强度较弱。
