Accurately measure the moisture content in ethanolamine (HOCH₂CH₂NH₂) through Karl Fischer titration, using both volumetric or coulometric methods.
With the exception of prolin, amino acids are hardly soluble in alcohols. Therefore, only the adherent moisture can be determined by the direct volumetric method.
