一般描述
SNF2 蛋白家族是 ATP 依赖的染色质重塑酶。 编码该蛋白质的基因也称为 SMARCA4。
SWI-SNF 复合体通过核小体结构的重塑以 ATP 依赖的方式参与转录的激活。Brm（也称为 SNF2α）和 Brg-1（也称为 SNF2β）是哺乳动物 SWI-SNF 复合体的 ATPase 亚基。Brm、Brg-1、Ini1（整合酶相互作用子 1，也称为 SNF5），BAF155（也称为 SRG3）和 BAF170 被认为构成 SWI-SNF 复合体的功能核心。将 Ini1、BAF155 和 BAF170 添加到 Brg-1 中似乎会增加重塑活性。人们认为其他复杂的亚基起到调节作用。hSNF2L 和 hSNF2H 似乎都是果蝇 ISWI 的同源物，果蝇 ISWI 是与 Srm/SNF 以外的染色质重塑复合物（包括 NURF（核小体重塑因子））中存在的 Brm 相关的 ATPase。

应用
使用在 IP、WB 中验证过的抗 SNF2β/BRG1 抗体（兔多克隆抗体）检测 SNF2β/BRG1，也称为可能的全局转录激活剂 SNF2L4、ATP 依赖性解旋酶 SMARCA4、SNF2-beta、BRG-1。
免疫细胞化学分析：来自代表性批次的 1：250 稀释液在 HeLa 细胞中检测到 BRG1。
